behind the neck seated press

Hi,
a client asked me this week what the dangers of behind the neck press were and why I didn't include it in his training shedule. The dangers of behind neck press and I feel they out weight the benefit are that severe stress is placed on the rotator cuff - in particular subscapularis especially in clients with limited motion in this area. Inflammation in this area can lead to chronic shoulder impingement and loss of training etc as a result and may require surgery depending on the level of damage so I tend to exclude it from most client programs.
